Unfortunately, more than half of all the products are defective. The stones just fall off the circle. They have poorly adhered the stones to the metal circle which makes the product unsellable. At first they told me they would only offer me hotglue guns and sticks to repair them.
Then they offered me 200plus guns and sticks to repair them. That was just not enough. Then they offered 300plus guns and sticks. I asked 500 for the labor costs to repair them. Labor costs in usa is very high.Where I live its around 20usd perhr.
i recived the products broken and smashed due to poor packaging!!!!
